The schooling trial levels offered are novice, beginner-novice, and grasshopper. The cross country courses are meant to build confidence in horse and rider, and therefore are on the straightforward side for each of the levels, with the majority of obstacles below maximum height. The terrain is more challenging as it is hilly.
Each farm has a full array of cross country obstacles, including banks, ditches, and water in addition to the “usual fare” of verticals and oxers.
Thanks to StartBox Online Scoring for their enormous help in setting up, and publishing the live scoring for our schooling trials.
And to all our generous, willing volunteers, who offer to come out to help us year after year, a million thanks!!!
The Tamarack Jumper Series Championship
You may enter a horse in as many classes as you want, but only your top three placings in each show will count for points.
At the end of the season, on September 20th, we will award championship & reserve ribbons and 3rd – 6th place ribbons for horse and rider combinations with the most overall points. Plus, the champion will receive an embroidered cooler, and the reserve champion an embroidered saddle pad.
Please pre-enter each show via email or an entry form which will give us an idea of the number
of horses to expect.
